The Easter bunny made an appearance at brunch!

This Easter was a little bit different for us this year because we stayed home rather than making the quick trip to Nebraska! It was different but really nice. We had two soccer games on Saturday and then we decorated eggs and made rice crispy eggs. On Easter the kids were feeling under the weather with head colds, but we did manage to head to the Hilton for a lovely brunch and the Easter bunny hid eggs while we were at lunch so the kids had an egg hunt when we returned. The rest of the day was spent relaxing and resting up. We watched movies all day and ordered dinner in and ate while watching The Squeakquel! The kids still don't understand my obsession with those little chipmunks! It was a great relaxing weekend of fun with the family!

We keep talking about going out for brunch for the holidays...but never have. I think, because that wouldn't be very relaxing w/ a 2 year old right now. But, in another year or two, for sure. That's absolutely the way to go! Beautiful photos :)
