One of our favorite summer traditions that we started with my friend, Jeanne, many years ago is going berry picking at Berry Patch Farms. Jeanne was out of town this year, but Kelley took the day off and headed out with us. We had so much fun and the picking was fantastic. We picked so many berries that we had to figure out what to do with them, so we learned how to make jam. Lauren and Cooper really loved making the jam and I love doing anything that reminds me of a more simple time! We all had a great time and the kids are putting jam on EVERYTHING!
